About us Katharine House Hospice provides a range of services offering help, care and support for people with advanced life-limiting conditions across mid-Staffordshire. These conditions include Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, End Stage Renal failure and Cancer. All services are free of charge.

The Hospice is situated in the grounds of Stafford General Hospital but is independent of the hospital and relies heavily on donations for £3 million needed to run the hospice each year.

Care at Katharine House Hospice Katharine House Hospice provides specialised palliative care services to patients facing the challenges of an advanced life limiting condition. We support not only patients but also those close to them. We aim to improve quality of life and general well-being of those in our care.

Fundraising atharine House Hospice provides vital care for people in our community who are suffering life-limiting illnesses.

Each year, it costs almost £2.9 million to provide this care. This is only possible with the support and generosity of people and businesses in the local communities of Stafford and the surrounding areas.

Lottery Simply by playing the Katharine House Lottery you are a winner - your support means that we can continue to provide free care for local people with progressive illnesses at Katharine House Hospice, in the community and provide support for their families and carers.

How it works The Katharine House Hospice lottery is a 'regular playing' lottery. Members subscribe £1.00 per week on a continuous basis, generating a long term income stream for the Hospice. On joining you will receive your own unique 5 digit game number and as long as payments are being received against this number, it will be entered into our weekly draw.
